The Bottom V Tracker stops the belt from drifting off and damaging itself. It uses the angles on it to move the belt left or right easily. Tracking systems come with a double bearing system for better movement.
The V–plough’s main function is to remove the product on the return side of the belt. The V-plough prevents the product from entering the nip point areas between the belt and the pulley preventing the belt from moving off track.

When product is transferred from one belt to another spillage will occur on the discharge point when the product hits the belt. To prevent this we install skirting rubber preventing dust and other particles from escaping the chute.
The bias–plough’s main function is to remove the product on the return side of the belt. The bias-plough prevents the product from entering the nip point areas between the belt and the pulley. This prevents the belt from moving off track.
